Many common household items can pose a threat to our animal companions-even some items specifically meant for pets could cause health problems.
To protect your pet, simply use common sense and take the same precautions you would with a child.Although rodent poisons and insecticides are the most common sources of companion animal poisoning, the following list of less common, but potentially toxic, agents should be avoided if at all possible.
Dogs and cats are the best friends of humans. They make good domestic pets. Keeping them clean is essential and it depends on the pet owner's awareness on domestic pet animals.
You said about the list potential toxic agents. I didn't see any. Perhaps you missed. Please repost them.

Cat is known to be cleaner by very nature. Ct will swep the place with her tail before sitting.

If trained properly a Dog learns much quicker than a cat. A dog understands the human gestures and obediently follows them..
