Yes many disease can be cured with the help of alternate treatment. But sometimes during an emergency allopathic medicines are necessary.

It is possible to cure diseases with alternative medicine. I have got cure of exzema to a big extent and constipation completely with homoeopathetic treatment. Recently for acute neck pain, I consulted homoeopathic doctor only and got substantial relief. In many cases, prvention, proper diet and physical activity is helpful. However, you need allopathetic medicine when you need very quick relief from acute pain. I was advise some allopathetic medicine also in addition as temporary measure for acute neck pain. In fact what we need is comprehensive medical treatment that may involve combination of different systems. In case of surgical treatment, only allopathy works.
