What are best achievments of Congress party till date as per your point of view?

Creating infrastructure like steel and roads, railway lines, dams, financial institutions, education, independent foreign policy, eradication of unjust social practices like untouchability are definitely remarkable achievements. Computer and information technology revolution also go to credit of Congress. Last but not the least, congress is the only all India party that represents all religious and ethnic communities, economic and social classes and is a symbol of national unity. Needless to say weakening of congress results in weakening of nation. In this connection, the example of Soviet Union is worth recall where weakening of Communist Party led to collapse. We may face similar situation if Congress is weakened.

They only made one mistake that they went for Russian model for establishing primary infrastructure in this country, which was heavier, costly and not as advanced as was available in Europe and America. Their too closeness to Russian lobby was mainly responsible to our distance from advanced nations and technologies otherwise we must have been in front row of developed nations. I am not saying their intentions were not right but foresightedness was definitely missing. This was one of the biggest blunders congress committed.

Congress is weaker but no other party is capable of replacing Congress. In a democracy, there should be powerful opposition who may take over administration when the ruling party gets weak. In this regard, BJP as well as left have failed. BJP is confined to Hindu community, predominantly Hindi belt and cow region. The left are limited to West Bengal, Tripura and Kerala. All other organizations are regional and caste based.

Though Congress is weak now, the biggest positive for them always is it is the biggest secular party of the country. The biggest disadvantage for BJP is that they always put the religion before the country and the people.

You will be surprised to note today's marketing strategies sir, We sell items before manufacturing them to see how the product will move. And this is not an overstatement but my personal experience. if the item sold in mock marketing we would manufacture it or if it did not get a proper response we would rack it.
however in case of BJP the things are different, they are not trying to sell anything but fighting an election only.
