We could have solved the problems you mentioned , but the freedom we achieved is being abused. An abused freedom will multiply the problems. To enjoy the fruits of freedom, it should be used in the right direction. An abused freedom makes you drift from the path of righteousness.

Our basic problem is that we ask such questions on 15th August and 26th January only. If we keep asking them everyday, we can make a change that will be visible to everyone.

We honor Bhagat singh as a martyr and revolutionary. But we can't say how he would improve India. That can just be imagined or fancied.

Actually we do not have roles left for people like Bhagat Singh and Chandrashekhar any more who could die without hesitation for the cause of motherland. Now what we need are good and capable politicians who can guide our country to prosperity and keep it united.

First thing I do each day is to ignore electronic media news channel, instead read my favorite news paper Indian Express and The Hindu. When I read about Egypt and disturbances their, I feel free here in my own country, when soldiers killed by enemies, I am shocked to see the apathy statement of my defense minister, when I see the rise in price, I realize that this is free country and free to rise prices, still there are happiness to it, as my grand father used to tell me, they used to switch off light during British rule regime, as they fear aggression in the part of administrator, now I see street light everywhere,

he also tells me that during British time, people used to build houses top with weathered paddy trees, though the cement structure used to be at the back side of house. Now, he says that he is breathing freely, though he is saddened by cheap politics especially by ruling party and some part of the world. Here, I follow the title song of "Tiranga" the Bollywood mega hit starring Nana Patekar and Raj kumar, the song is "Yeh desh tiranga hai". This gives the feeling of freedom here. :woohoo:

Hello Every one... First of all Happy Independence day... We'll i don't know about others but i do feel free. There are indeed many problem in our country, but still we are much better in comparison with people who are not allowed to even express them selves openly.. Times are changing. We are going forward, although with some hiccupps... Lets hope for the best...

Not only another Bhagat Singh we have not another Sardar Patel, Lal Bahudur Shastri and other great leaders. But I am hopeful that we have another Bhagat Singh and great leaders with in us.

Anil you forgot about our new Sardar Patel coming from same state. The sun will rise from west this time. Isn't Gujrat in west of our country?
