Yes. any party or person who fail to learn the lessons will be thrown away in to the garbage can.

Either way it does not really make any difference, the only good thing is that hopefully we will have a stable government and there will be no haggling over seats and destabilisation by the allies etc, so they can go about their job...But again one can never say what the future has in store !

I feel for a year we can hope to see some performance because they need to get enough seats for the on coming general elections too, after that if they win at the center, then we can forget about any positive performance until the next elections...

True. That's the standard strategy of a party at the helm of the affairs. I feel, they can win at the center also because of BJP's debacle in Karnataka. This defeat will have a rippling effect everywhere.

Public has nothing else to do but give lessons, once to this party and then to another to follow the practice in yest another one. They have nothing else to do. They have either cobra or crocodile to chose from.

We ignore that people are not a distinct class but they consist of (1) members and close supporters of political and allied organizations (2) bureaucracy (3) business (4) media (5) builders and contractors.
In short every member of public or say, every voter is indulged in malpractice and corruption. The only difference is that of relative strength and skill. In fact, all are in crocodile and cobra category. Whom will they choose?

Now nobody wishes to remove corruption. People only try to acquire greater skill and opportunity in this field.

We have to stay alive to the stark reality that all the political parties spring from the same debased political culture and that is why I see a dark and long tunnel at the end of which light does exist which at the moment seems lights years away!! To my bitter disappointment I can hardly distinguish Manmohan Singh from any average politician. His servility to Rahul Gandhi has amazed me beyond words!

Yes, Somasekhara Reddy, the elder brother of Janardhana Reddy, the Don, under whose fiefdom Bellary existed till recently , boasted his role of money played in ensuring the formation of BJP government in the state in 2008. BJP paid dearly for sheltering these sinisters.

Very true ! Manmohan Singh with his stature and past reputation seems to have become puppet in the hands of Sonia Gandhi.He even gave a statement after the Karnataka elections that it was because of Rahul Gandhi that they wond the election, I wonder how he could even say that when Rahul Gandhi hardly had anything to do with it...People voted because they had no choice having got fed up of BJP which let go of a golden opportunity to show that it could give good governance !
