Manipur Iron lady deserves better treatment.

Irom Sharmila is charged with attempting suicide. What she did is for human rights and dignity to people of Manipur and other North Est states. Se wants the notorious draconian law empowering law repealed. This law dehumanized people and gives armed forced unbridled licence to play havoc. They can kill and rape as they desire and there is no remedy. He mission is nobler than that of some agitators at jantar mantar. Yet they go scot free and Irom Sharmila is sued for attempted suicide. :evil: :evil:

This is very unfortunate that our government has been so insensitive towards Sharmila's reasonable demands of amending the special act. Instead of being sympathetic and understanding of her and her people's concerns, she is being charged with trying to commit suicide, exactly the situation that leads to contempt against government and causes people to take up arms. The North eastern states have been neglected for a long time, it is high time to wake up and do something about it.

:( I also read this news. Every problem have some solutions. But every one is responsible for this situation. Government. media and public of whole India.
