When anybody taking sweets are snacks in front of us.
we can do this exercise.
Turn your head left side
Turn your head right side. [sign of saying no]
this is the very special exercise for reducing weight.
share the real tips for reducing our weight and controlling the fat.

now I have started another strategy.
new residence is very near NH and hence a lot of mosquitoes :evil: :evil:
I take my mosquito bat and do exercise with it for 1 hour every evening. ;) very soon you will see me as the slim beauty of Boddunan ;)
after all, am doing a social service :whistle: :silly: :S :S

already started..lost 1 kg too ;)
you can follow me if you want to lose your weight

Once we develop self control everything becomes easy, we will not overeat nor crave for sweets and other stuff that piles on the kilos and will exercise regularly - so everything ultimately comes down to your mental attitude and strength...

That's it, strong willpower to discipline yourself and then everything falls in place!

There are many people who are very foody. But i think this is not the solution to turn our face when anyone eats sweets infront of us instead we should eat but later do exercise to control our weight.
