Sasi they have quoted in Fahrenheit while you have taken celci in to account. even in our place the temp touches up to 120F some time that is almost 48-49C.
This is very interesting link. I remember, I have read in geography that the world's hottest place is Cairo.

The places on equator or nearby are hot. The more you move farther, the less hot you feel.
