Which task will you do first?

Suppose you are assigned a number of tasks by your boss and you have to do all of them......some are difficult while some others are easy. Some may be really interesting, while some of them you hate most. :S :evil:
Which task will you do first? Also, in which order will you complete them? :whistle:

i will work according to the priority that means which task is urgent and which task is not.

if all tasks are urgent then first i will do all easy task and then interesting one and then hard task. so that if suddenly boss ask how many task completed we can show the easily completed tasks and interesting tasks.

but if we start hard task at first then it will take more time and we may stuck in the same task for more time.and we may not complete them

Yes in that case we just can't simple decide the order which we want.. We have to give priority to urgent work first. :)

Yes,such question are asked.To test how the person can handle critical Situations.
This need a proper planing ang Mostly I give importance on priority basis.
yes, HR's ask such critical and terific and technical questions to make us confuse and study our mind
I will do the tough task and I hate task so that I can show my strength to my boss and them.
siddu, if you could not complete tough when you started first and time is up then what will you say to your boss as remaining tasks are lagging
I would prefer to complete the work as fast as I can. I may not work sequencially. I will complete the task which is easy and which is urgently required. Other work comes after that. Time management is very important. It is taught during the training period.

managing our work and doing our work in time,is good.That should be the first priority.
It depends on situation and importance and on mood also.
I will complete the work and go. But I will try to complete the work and want to get good name.

By doing tough tasks they will now our stregth.
All tasks must be completed. If Boss has indicated any sequence for performing, that should be accepted. Otherwise urgency of task is more important.
I such case., I will select hate one first, difficult one next, easy one next and interesting one as last.

As we are start doing our task in fresh mind so it is easy to do hate and difficult one as first. so later we can do easy one and interesting one as last. :)
At first we try to do Hard work because after easy work it looks like more difficult.
I feel doing easy work first is the best idea for a cleaver employee
