Blunder or by fault

Today when I was checking articles I noticed one thing that two articles with same title has given cash credits check this two links once.

    The correct word is 'blunder' which means a big mistake. It will suffice to say 'blunder'. There is no need to add 'mistake'.

    Every one is human being and may be by mistake this will happen.......So i don't think it is a big issue and rest admin take action against it...........
