I used to but this US shift work has made me sleep late and wake up while there are no signs of morning, so I do it in the evenings.
But i work as per Indian shift and then too i don't find time to go for morning walk as i have to do lot of work in the morning from preparing breakfast of my kids to dropping them to the bus stop as you know my wife is still on bed rest. :(
I know you have lots of things to do and then rush to your office to far off place. This is hard to find time.
But still i am trying to find sometime for me in the morning.Lets see when i find it. :)

Yes not a bad idea but to play something another player reqired but no need any player for morning walk.

I am also a bit over weight i think i should too go for morning walk :) .My father goes every day in the morning for a walk as he is diabatic and doctor has adviced him to do it. :)

Morning walk is your health requirement you should do it because you father is diabetic and to avoid diabetic in you, you should start it from tommarow.
