You get cash credit as well as points on both articles and reviews. I have personal experience of that. The main criteria is number of words, way of presentation and length of the content.

Yes Anand reviews too will give you cash credits but i don't know if you can get maximum 100 Rs in reviews too. :)

Yes you can, but with same profile name and picture, also do not republish from this site. You have sold your articles here, out right. That would be against the rule.

I am not sure but you should only pick the articles where you are getting paid on view basis, because that is your property and you can delete them also. But the sites which pay you in advance have the right. You can not delete them also.
