Name of celebrities similar to a spoken word
in General Discussions
Very often, name of some celebrities have close resemblance to some word of our language.We often tease the celebrity with this word. Isn't it?
For example, 'Thoni' in Malayalam means a boat. Thoni is similar to M.S.Dhoni. Isn't it?
So whenever India fails, we will say 'Dhoni's thoni sink' :laugh:

    Whenever I remember Indira, this reminds me of India. Besides a well known artist compared to her as a Goddess who always fought with evil.

    Got again..another one. This time also a cricker...ganguly
    Anguly in Malayalam and Ungali in Hindi.....both means finger :laugh: :laugh:

    There are several Malayalam films songs with word, 'ganguly' :)

    so we tease dhoni by saying dhoni hit only dhoni runs in konkani (dhoni made only 2 runs)
