same scale earthquake I also faced when I was in Ahmedabad I know How people become afraid after facing this. Its experience of passing from death situation.
this idea seems to be too high for me. Giving electric shocks to the earth...wow...so this is the way to treat mother earth...giving counter shocks and counter attacking/punishing mother earth....
If you think earth quakes will be stoped by electric shock means japan must do this but they had done so it is not possible to give electric shock to earth.
