Team Anna suspects that the parliament may not pass the so called jana Lok Pal Bill exactly as commanded or directed by team anna. They do not want to give any discretion to elected members of parliament. so, they are planning another fast till death by Gandhian anna.

Last time they were shouting patriotic slogans and shouting against corruption. Will anna form a new team as Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi and other prominent team members are already in controversy for corruption and other irregularities. Kiran Bedi may soon land in jail.

Lok Pal Bill is being finalized very shortly. Prime minister will be out of Lok Pal purview. Besides, Gp C and D staff will be out of Lok Pal purview. The proposed Lok pal will have in its ambit NGO receiving overseas funds.

Team anna is disappointed with the Draft Lok Pal Bill. The draft bill will not include lower bureaucracy but include Govt funded NGOs. The team is against exclusion and inclusion both.

However, the team can still attempt to convince the political groups in parliament with their version of Lok Pal Bill and not waste time and energy on blackmailing tactics of fast unto death and other coercive tactics. Already they are indulging in insulting judiciary apart from other constitutional authority and not caring for decorum. It will be in interest of all including the anna team to act in a more responsible way.

Promises are going in one way and the actions are still on snail speed.

the bill is almost ready abid... you need to realize the problems that will arise when a new law is being passed.

The Gp C and D employees will be out of Lok pal jurisdiction and they will continue to be under jurisdiction of central vigilance commission. many members of the standing committee of parliament are not agreed to this. However, the recommendations of standing committee will need further approval of cabinet and parliament. All may have their view but ultimately decision of parliament prevails.
