Now a days I found many members earning more points but how they earning that cannot be seen. suppose a member earned 100 points if you check forum you won't find any replies with that member name. If we think that those points are obtain by articles it is not possible. so any one tell how they earning points without working. how their work is getting invisible?

points can be obtained for so many things just as Abhishek has mentioned but Sarala being maestro mate I am sure she understands and knows it . so when she is asking it ,administration should look into this matter seriously.
There are many options to earn points other than being active in the forum in this site. We find some members loaded with points though being not much active now because in the past they might have been very active. Other than this I don't think there is any descripency in the system as every member in this site works very hard to earn points...!
