Few days before in an episode of Crorepathi, A lady asked Amit phone number. As he is a celebrity he cannot give number to audience and to her.so he gave her wrong number which contains only 9 digits.The remaining audience noted that number and they add 10th digit as 0 and started calling to that number as they thinking that is Amits number.But their call went to a lady who is a sister of Business man in Uttar pradesh. So whole night she was disturbed with these calls.So his brother has filed a case on this .

I feel Amit ji can escape from this , as he gave only 9 number to escape from the disturbance from the audience. but wrong was audience.

    By giving wrong number, Amitabh put the lady with in U.P to great inconvenience. It is not he concern as to who- Amitabh or his audience- is at fault. Amitabh Bachan is squarely responsible for this misdeed and he deserves no mercy.

    This is really a bad happen to the amit ji he only want to escape their numbers from audience but he not aware about the bad effect of this.

    It is not likely that amitabh bachan a renowned star aged about 60 years is not aware of the consequences of what he does. He deserves no sympathy and must be punished according to law.

    I think there will nothing be happen for this case its mistake not crime so we need not to worry about this.

    Santosh- It is not a mistake. This is deliberate. If he had omitted some digit of his own number or given erroneously name of some his family member, this could be an innocent mistake. He has definitely made an offence and law should take its course. Owing to his deliberate offence, the lady at Allahabad was put to unnecessary inconvenience. He deserves no sympathy.

    Actually amit didnt give complete number. he just gave 9 digits . Fault is of audience. So amit didnt do any wrong

    The wrong phone number was provided to audience personally by Amitabh Bachan in a totally irresponsible manner not considering likely inconvenience to innumerable mobile phone users. This is not collective responsibility but personal offensive act of Amitabh Bachan only.

    Meanwhile amitabh Bachan has been served with legal notice.
