Sarala, vacuum is a space void of any matter or particles, Which is impossible as to create any space we need energy. Though we can create a space with the lowest possible particles but there will always exists virtual and other particles.
Also, vacuum creates a space thats sucks the surrounding into it. This principle was used in making vacuum cleaners, which sucks dust particles into it. Though I agree we can create a vacuum like space with high pressure but to achieve that 100 percent is impossible.
Anyways, many scientist debate over this topic whether vacuum exists or not, but most seem to agree that it is not possible
