    All public servants- politicians and government officers declare their property return every year. The judges also do this. This is routine affair.

    There is no issue with the disclosed assets, howsoever big these be. There are various sources of income- property rent, return on investments, inheritance of property, business income etc. Such assets are already shown in I.T. Returns and tax paid.

    The problem is with the undisclosed assets- even if these are less. These are the assets that constitute black money. It is necessary to track source of such undisclosed assets.
