Yes, I had been in the number one position in the leader board a number of times in the past but as of now I find the competition even tougher but I am quite happy to find my position among the top five!!!

hardwork is needed to come at number one position. But i think if we maintain quality of post then it will better than number one position.

Really this would be interesting if one maintains both the number one position and the quality of posts but I do find people who maintains quality of posts really lagging behind in the list!!!

7000 people, 500+ active members on monthly average - 10 positions. Guys do you think it is that easy to be there on leaderboard?

I believe so, and it is shown by our senior members CONSISTENTLY. What is the secret behind it?
