Morale is whether the people in the work environment are happy. Motivation is whether the people in the work environment have enough incentive to do their jobs.

Morale is a group phenomenon, while motivation is largely an individuals willingness to work.

Moral is the statement. Motivation is a process. Due to moral people get motivated and inspired

Morale is state of mental attitude of individuals as well as group towards work, environment and discipline. Motivation is on theother hand an act to inspire individuals to work better and efficiently.
