When does an individual become elderly. I am more than sixty five and taking all food including fast food. I don't think there is special diet for my age. Noted author and editor Khushwant singh exceeds ninety and still takes liqueur apart from regular food.
I believe that any one should not overeat and be physically active irrespective of age. An elderly person need not be necessary diabetic whereas even a child may be.
