It seems so. In the past also, Rahul's maturity on many issues appeared questionable.

Rahul Gandhi made wild allegations about murder and rape in the villagf. Later, Congress and Rahul and to downplay and sidetrack the unverified wild allegations. Rahul Gandhi and Congress have lost all credibility. In desperate bid to gain popularity, they are resorting to gimmicks and dramatics.
