The Assembly elections to various state assemblies are at door step.Just have a discussion who will come into force in Bengal and Kerala with your reasons.
According to Gogoi, BJP and AGP are parties of hypocrites. As regards BJP, this is well known. But AGP being a less known party out side Assam, we do not know the truth.
This time I feel that there will be lot of surprises in TamilNadu elections.I want to see how people react to corruption especially after Anna hazare's stand!
Pranab Mukherjee blames the Left for outdate policies that caused slow progress in Kerala and West Bengal. However, Left can be satisfied that they are alleged for wrong policies only and nor for corruption unlike their rivals. Secondly, In Kerala, congress and Left both ruled by turn and Left alone is not to blame. Again, even if Left policy may be outdated, they worked only within frame work of constitutional quasi federal system and gave a relatively cleaner government and implemented land reforms. Unlike congress that killed many sikhs in post Indira Gandhi assasination and BJP that caused riots in Gujarat, Left generated an environment that is truly secular. However, Left has ruled in West Bengal for many decades and many would like to test Trinmool congress- Congress combine in West Bengal. They have a right to that. Parliamentary democracy requires frequent shuffling of party power.
Sushma Swaraj helicopter was stopped while moving on election camapigning. BJP has resented. Sushma Swaraj is hopeful of winning more than one seat in Kerala. Being a national party, BJP definitely deserves adequate representation in every state.
There is one unique feature in West Bengal elections. BJP, a national level main stream party is virtually absent. The Indian National congress is junior party to the alliance led by state level Trinmool.
The campaign byLeft Front is looking more confidant. However, it appears that paople like a change. They may like to try a non left alliance.
Mamata Banerjee is making a very strong campaign. She says the C.P.I.(M) is without brain. Elections have also NANO affect. She feels that BJP is offering Biryani to voters. she asks them to eat Biryani and not vote for that party. Bit it is certain that if they eat Biryani from BJP, they will vote accordingly and not be NAMAK HARAM. She also says that BJP is helping C.P.I.(M) forgetting that she was a minister in BJP led NDA government. she also blames the congress dissidents for helping C.P.I.(M). In short, the election is getting funny. This time, voters may oblige DIDI Mamata for a change. Even if you enjoy Niryani, you can';t eat it always. You may change to rice and Daal for a change.
In the name of young blood, Congress has some faces that only represent dynastic succession, Rahul himself, Sachin Pilot etc. These 'young' have no vision. They only make parrot like speeches. The Kerala Chief Minister aptly described these persons as 'Amul babies'. Thiswas in response to Rahul Gandhi making a dig at advanced age of the C.M. However, he ignored in his misplaced zeal that he was asking voters to support Karuna Nidhi of same advanced age but in wheel chair unlike the Kerala C.M. who is physically stronger than many youth.
The campaign in Kerala is getting very interesting with witty remarks annd retorts. Congress is hopeful owing to incumbancy factor that may go against Left Front.
