Reason behind $3 trillion per year is not good quality of products, it is because of focus of China is on quantity. Most of we are using China's products and we know very well how is quality of these.
Absolutely so ! China makes plastic rice, plastic lettuce and lead in baby food ...Imagine a population that has to live through that ! Technological development is not enough to call a nation developed. Today we see in the news how Beijing and another city in China is covered in thick smog because of the pollution levels. so is Delhi ! And this is something that happens frequently there..
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

The quality of Chinese products imported in to India are mostly spurious. In addition to this Indian traders are making the goods in India itself and printing on the the labels as Made in China.
I think Made in China level is not have good image in India so buyer purchase goods after reading made in China. Manufacturing of products of low cost like China is not possible in India.

Yes not is not possible to make low cost products like in China is not possible in India. But the reality is, in India because the manufactures are using spurious raw material, we are able to make such products which look like genuine Chinese products on the surface only.

In all countries you have good quality goods and cheap quality goods and China is not different. They have a huge population and some of them would be churning out cheap goods and make a profit selling it in other countries. Our markets are flooded with electronics, mostly the use and throw away types , made in China , sold for very cheap price. I am sure some people are happy with it because they can at least buy and enjoy something even if it is only for a short time , which otherwise would be beyond their reach .
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
Definitely, there will be users of Cheap goods of China marketed in India. It is obvious from their growing demand.
The Chinese goods that are sold in America and Europe are of a very high quality at low prices because the customers there are quality conscious and can also pay. Also Chinese make a very large variety of goods in large volumes which gives them a large market to cater. They make solar energy products at such low prices that two pioneering companies in Germany existing from many years had to wind up. Because of these low equipment prices the solar generated power costs are being quoted in Indian tenders at Rs 4.62 paise per unit. So they help in technology adaptation by other countries also. Similarly in man made fibres like polyester, nylon etc they are world leaders in production capacities making it very difficult for others to compete. Surat industries in India are facing the heat.
I agree with you. Chinese products sold abroad like the USA and European markets are of very high quality. The quality consciousness over there is absent in India. We see the cost aspect alone without bothering about Quality. Seeing this weakness, unscrupulous business men resort to selling the Products with the label " Made in China." They are manufactured in India.
There is no doubt about the misconception of common Indians that China makes only inferior items. But the fact is, China caters for all type of consumers. This is we the Indians get what we order for. If you visit countries with good paying capacity and totally dependent on Chinese products and will not survive if they do not trade with China. China sells some of the best electrical/electronic items for them. Beside, the Chines quality food products are also economical and available in many developed countries in top class quality.
Agreed. India is not able to compete because Indian private industry is family owned and they are happy at small levels. The PM sometime back called the industrialists with traders mentality. Innovation and risk taking is avoided and they are happy in assured relatively small profits. They all the time want funds at low interests. Of course govt. policies also play a part. But China is communist politically and capitalist economically.
There is a reason for the misconception prevailing in a common man here in India. Unscrupulous manufacturers are making fake products with the Label " Made in China."
