Almonds do have a lot of health benefits. Apart from everything mentioned in the article,they also contain a lot of antioxidants mostly in the brown layer. So having blanched nuts reduce the benefits.

If Almonds are expensive go for other alternatives which are equally effective to prevent cardiac problems. Choose Peanuts. But never doubt the health benefits of Almonds. Its health benefits are scientifically proven.

 

The only health benefit I am contesting is its ability to stop hair fall. Peanuts are als good but are they good for  cholestrol patients?

Well replied. How many person can afford to eat 30 gms almond everyday. Almond can prevent early hair falling but it can't cure it. No doubt almond is good for overall health.

No one want and like to died. Every one wants good health. But if person have money to spend, how he can spend.
