People do all sort of things to lose weight. Little bit of yoga or exercise is OK but excessive exercise just to shed extra weight is what I won't recommend. One should accept whatever God has given us.
Do know your physical limitations, do exercise moderately and have healthy eating habits. This is how we can be kind to our body.
That is true, weight reduction at any cost can cost you dearly. One of my maternal cousin brother, is working with a reputed MNC at Delhi, and he has undergone weight reduction program and after four months he was reduced to great extent, but subsequently he developed heart disease at the age of 29, and now he has to undergo open heart surgery.
