It is true that heart attack is now seen in people in their early 30s. Gone are the days when only people in their 50s and 60s were affected by it. Change in lifestyle & food habits, alcoholism, lack of exercise and our tight work schedule filled with tension make us prone to severe heart diseases at very early stage.

Well said sir. Pranayama is a good way to relax oneself. Also, when we come to a mindset that everything happens for good, life will be without trouble. But its hard to implement it. Once we apply this in our day-to-day happenings, there will be no stress at all.

True Geetha. It's difficult at the outset. But nothing comes without hardwork and dedication.
The best thing to do is to eat healthy remain active and be positive...Exercise and hard work is good for all regardless of geneder and age.As long as one is comfortable doing exercise it shd not be a problem. My uncle is in his seventies and has a pacemaker for 5 years now but is very active climbing stairs going to the terrace to water the plants , slowly of course , and with medical supervision. But one need not think it is the end when you are faced with heart problems.
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!
Prevention is better than cure. A bit of walking will take care of most of our aliments. In these days of high cost of medical expenses, it's better to take care of our lives with just a little investment of time.
