Now-a-days people are not ready to bend their soul. They want to simply operate everything easily by sitting in one place. If you ask them why you are not doing yoga and exercise they will simply say that we are not having enough time to do that. But actually they are not scheduling their time properly. They are mostly spending their time in watching Tv and sleep.

Saying not having "enough Time" is a lame excuse. I doYogaAsanas and brisk walking everyday without failure. If there is a will, there is a way.

Well said sir. It is easier to tell reasons. But it is up to the person to divide the time according to their day-to-day activities. Another important fact here is laziness. Peeple nowadays want everything handy. If they press a switch, everything should get done for them. It is only happening these days. During our ancestor period, what sort of yoga they did?.. Nothing. Day-to day activities plays the role of yoga those days. Because of the arrival of these electrical appliances, vehicles , etc., we people turned to be lazy and it reflects in each and everything, including the exercises that keeps us healthy like yoga.

Very apt response. Yes you are again right in saying that we have become Robots. Courtesy, "Modernity". No amount of modernity will take away the ailments caused by laziness.
Some of the tech workers have absolutely no time and find that hey are exhausted by the time they reach home with no energy left for anything....This is why most of the companies have a gyms where pne can unwind for a few minutes in between their work schedule...Unless they make use of these facilities they can easily end up becoming obese and unhealthy.
Pay no mind to those who talk behind your back, it simply means that you are two steps ahead !!!

Even in work place, one can do a bit of stretching while sitting in the chair. Or just go for walk in the corridor of the office, every 3 hrs of work . Moving itself is an exercise. There is one "Chair Yoga" especially designed for busy office people. But for all this one has to have that "Will."

Yes. Anykind of movement every one hour itself is a good exercise. Because sitting in same position without any movement for long hours is the main reason for most of the health problems. So, it is better to have a walk , sitting exercises ,etc.. in order to avoid back pain and other sort of health problems.

True, sedentary work that holds one for hours on, is the root cause for a plethora of ailments. People who are after mundane things do not think of their own well being. I don't think it's impossible to squeeze out a mere few minutes of their time for doing a bit of stretching and move their limbs. These people will awake only when they land in a Hospital bed.
