    Human brain is the most complex organ and this video brings out some of the facts that are rather new and startling, such as female brain shrinks during pregnancy and returns to normal size only after six months. And we can still survive with half of our brain.

    Like any other muscle, Brain is also a Muscle. Muscles grow with activities like Physical exercise and Yoga. Akin to this, in order to improve the brain's performance on has to play Brain games. Puzzle solving improves Brain's performance and keeps one young and healthy.

    They show our activeness towards tasks. Brain is a simple word but complex nods tide with each other. This teaches a lesson that though i am complex in nature i solve the problems quickly. So man has to think good things and avoid unnecessary things happening due to unwanted persons.

    We are saying the same thing.,,yes..Boddunan has been helpful in adding to my knowledge, all round at that. Coming back to the thread, it is also said in the link you provided that "Snoring. If you are snoring, you are not dreaming."-- i doubt because people who snore say that they do dream but can't remember anything.
