Yes i agree but most of the offices are running with A/c and they are not making proper ventilation arrangements in the building. In some companies employees are working on leave days and on that day they are not permitting them to put A/cs.

My cousin who worked in software company is a heart patient. The company also know about this information very well. They ask him to work on Saturdays. He is a sincere worker. A/c are switched off in weekends. They provided him fan. The air is rotating inside the room and no way to get outside. He suffered a lot and can't able to make a call to the security. Due to this the sincere person came home as a dead man. The company is still working very well but the member in the house lost one person from their family.
