For me too this helped in correcting my way of walking. Usually I walk fast. But at times, my pace reduces while passing through a heartwarming landscape. This I avoid henceforth.
This article is scary...I think the underlying message is that we need to lead a healthy life by doing regular exercise...and at the same time eat a healthy diet to keep maladies such as this at bay.

Until the real and specific reason for dementia is known, the health Gurus are treating Dementia as a life style disease. I mentioned that those with good life style are less likely to become a victim of dementia against those who doesn't have a regular life style.
