That is the reason private sector is a better place to work for good workers, good money, job satisfaction. I know it by my personal experience.

The time has come when even public and government sector have also started working, they know that public is more vigilant and watching them closely. As far corruption is concerned, it's everywhere including private sector to some extent. Again, I know it by my personal experience.

agreed. it's question of less and more less. no sec0r is free from corruption absolutely.
That is why most people prefer a decent government jobs but in private sectors there is other way around, good workers leave the company and join another, so it is a place of no relationship, it is all about showing your worth there.

Yes some people migrate towards better opportunities in private sector. But if a man has worked for many years with the same company, chances are that he has formed an emotional bond with that company. He may have a sense of belonging there and won't leave it under normal circumstances.

emotional bonds too wear away after a certain limit. man by nature seeks attention, recognition and appreciation in some form other. if they cross the limits, the man looks towards greener pastures.,
Private jobs are always difficult and to survive competitive arena one has to continuosly evolve, some of my friends have joined pvt.sectors and gained some work ex and then joined government sector, in my case it is the reverse.

It's the question of ability. The ability to survive in any weather. Public or Private sectors are not the criteria but it's your ability that stands in good stead. I worked in both and proved my worth.
