Dress code is everywhere. This brings uniformity and discipline. So dress code for BJP leaders and party workers is okay. But how can you enforce dress on public. The Muslim women wear burqua. So if they go to a political party general meeting, they can go in burqua. However, there is no guarantee that every Burqua clad women must be in fact a Muslim. Also Muslim women could be without Burqua.

And there is no guarantee that all burqa clad persons are women. Any one can reach there in such a dress to to disturb the meetings. I have seen this in many movies.
