Try to spend atleast 30 minutes with the people aged below 7 and aged above 60 everyday. It is good to live a long healthy life.

Yes. Morning walk is good for health. As tamilnadu is concerned, people living in Chennai are blessed. They have Marina Beach, awesome place to have early morning walk.
