Yes it true carrots develop good eyesight but only one carrot a day. Too many carrots at a time not good for health.

I just have heard excess of everything is bad so we must try not to eat it in excess. :)

Excess anything is harmful. But no one takes Excess of Carrots.

Yes too many carrots is not healthy for health. I had studied this in the news paper. Because it contains carotin which is good when taken in small quantity.
