    Gulshan ji, you are correct if in our current job our graph is getting down. Then we have to source some other job and good to resign on present job.

    I have some bad experience in previous company that is the reason I shifted to Mumbai but here I am feeling good and not thinking to change early.

    Yes every one want increasement on their Current job status.But if it continue to decrease then it is good to change that job with a new one.

    Nothing is interested in life if you are not interested. this is applicable in the case of job also. An unpleasant job can bring you only miseries. So, if you get a better opportunity, never loose that. Perhaps you may not get another. :cheer:

    Such thing is suitable only for the people working in private companies. People working in Government job has better life and living with less tension regarding this.
