It is a surprise news.It is real that this also should be considered in present world!
Many women are working women. They even work as senior Government officers. On their death, their husbands/ dependents get family pension. If a woman of this kind deserts her husband, he may reasonably ask for maintenance, particularly if he is unemployed or gets much less income than his wife.
