Delhi is notorious as rape capital of India. Now there are no moral standard maintained. There is complete decay of human standards.

Love thy neighbor is Biblical advice. The Delhite observes this by raping a teenager neighbor.

Animals differ. There is no concept of rape about them. An animal does not lose 'honor' like a raped woman or girl.
