You are right. Every people have some positive as well as negative habits. Here I just told the common habit of a selfish people. When we talk with some people, we think that they are very good in character, but they also have some negative sides. We can understand the real character of a person, when we become very close to that person. We cannot judge a person from the first sight.
It is not easy to understand anyone's nature. We are inconsistent. Mood differs from time to time.Reactions may also not be same every time even to the same matter. Human psychology is complex. Yet people find their natural friends easily. Your best friend is one with whom you will always like closeness.
It is truly difficult to understand human psychology. Sometimes, we come across many such people who are bitter towards the outer world but when they are simply alone then they reflect to be sweet human beings. I mean such persons are entirely masked beings. Usually, people who faced everything bitter despite his/her goodness makes them to have a very closed personality. Who never try to express their inner self. It maybe totally opposite too. One may behave very sweetly but have a revengeful attitude just because of going through pain in his/her earlier days.
Sometimes we are naturally drawn to people and form a life long bond. At the same time . you find it difficul tto get along or like some people probably because of the difference in attitude ! A few more quotes !

No equal opportunities in our country because of reservations which in itself is highly demotivating for the majority of the population. We also see how this brings down performance in general for the country as a whole !
