most of doctor says that one apple one day will keep us healthy everyday??????????? is it really true or they say us to eat the apple just to have vitamin in our body ????????does one apple one day will really keep us healthy???

i think that they just say us just to give some vitamin in our body. nothing will keep us healthy throughout our life

It is just a saying and there is a lot of truth in it since apples are healthy, may not keep us away from diseases though...By the way I have not heard any doctors say this particularly.Human life and health takes its own course at different stages in life and eating an apple a day can only help so much since there are many other contributory factors that need to be taken into account for remaining fit and healthy even when you are very old..

It is a well known fact that apples contain a plethora of nutrients which have the potential to prevent many ailments. But so are many fruits.

How can a doctor suggest something that will keep him away. apple is a good fruit no doubt. But we need balanced diet consisting of vegetables, serials, fruits etc. 

Many fruits ,vegetables and cereals also have the same nutritional values. And Berry is called a "Poor Man's Apple." Because Berries also have same nutritional values as that of an apple.

 

Not only apple, but all fruits are good for our health if we get them in their original form. All fruits in market today are ripped by spreading some medicine on them. Banana, apple, all are taken from tree before they ripe properly.

True Many of the fruits, vegetables etc  are artificially ripened and added attractive colors using chemicals, which are hazardous to health.

 

At the prices apples are selling these days whether an apple a day keeps the doctor away or not it will surely keep you away from your finances.

Aha ha. A hilarious one. But there are alternative like Berries which have the same nutrients as an apple but they are far far cheap. Berries are known as "Poor Man's apple."

 

Eating apple a day, keeps the doctor away has become the saying of olden days. All fruits like apple are ripen by spreading medicines over them, also many chemical pesticides are spread over when apples are on the tree. So we should eat these fruits and vegetables with care, wash and remove the upper layer (husk) of all fruits and vegetables before eating.

Guavas which are relatively less expensive and seasonal fruits are equally healthy...Far more important is a balanced diet and an active life style to keep the doctor away ..

Yes, we should focus on eating a balanced rather than depending one or two food items. We should eat different types of fruits and vegetables at times.

Yes Guavas are equally rich in Nutrients. Fruits alone cannot keep the doctor away. A moderate physical exercise or 15 minutes of Yoga every day are equally capable of making life healthy.

Food adulteration has become rampant more than ever. Practically every fruit and vegetable is subjected to chemicals and artificial food colorants to give them a fresh and shiny look. I  observe these adulterating processes in the markets  when I go for morning walk early in the morning. But what to do, there is no option left for the consumer.

There equally good fruits like Blue berries which have the same nutritional values as apple.

 

 

 

All fruits are good and best is to eat them in their season. These days many fruits are available throughout the year and do not taste the same and are also costly out of season.

Of course. Out of season fruits will cost more, as the availability of  these fruits are limited, traders utilize this opportunity. But those who want to have fruits at any cost will be too glad to pay extra.
