Higher judicial system costs money as lawyers fees are on higher side. Poor people cannot afford this is grave injustice to them.

A system of justice that require money is not what a nation needs.
I do not think judicial system is partial to rich but it is costly and the higher the court the amount of spending a person to do goes higher.

The concept of hiring lawyers and giving them money for cases through their assistants takes toll of heavy court prices.

And the lawyers will always try to squeeze more money from their clients. This is but natural.
There are some branches of law where poor are not at all involved. The taxation cases, property cases, scams, economic offences like one of possessing assets disproportionate to known sources of income do not affect poor. So in such cases, the law being costly or out the reach of poor is irrelevant. The poor are involved in petty theft cases, criminal cases covered under Indian Penal Code. I feel that it is necessary to make law cheaper for the poor. The proceedings in criminal cases should be simpler. Also the parties in cases of criminal assaults especially in villages are of similar economic and financial background. The disparity arises only when one party is very rich and the other poor. The courts should also consider relative financial status of the party and should ensure that poor do not suffer owing to poverty.

I agree with you sir . The court should see the Law is available to all sections of the society irrespective of social and financial status of the party.
Precedings of any case should have a definite seating, not like going for years and many a timese with factual error entire judgement would have to start again.

Dragging the case for years together is the bane of the Indian Judicial system.Yes, there should be a Specific Time factor for a case. But opportunists delay the case intentionally by using the loopholes in the judicial system in the name of APPEALS.
