One of the IPL 's objective is to bring out the new and emerging talents to light. In this process old idols those who are not in the form will not get an opportunity to play in IPL.

True.. But honestly, those new talents are not getting any chance. I have seen few really brilliant talents in old IPLs and even big cricketers were telling lot about them... But they never get chance. And right now they are no where.

Brilliancy is a relative term, not absolute. The brilliancy seen by the other cricketers may not be the required brilliancy standards by the IPL.
But what if those talents are not getting enough attention and just vanish away like no one noticed them.

Well, its really demoralize when they got neglected even they played well.
If someone have talent then they deserve good guidance to make it in Indian team. But it is not happening at all.

I do not think so, new talents are getting immense opportunities now, with advent of Akhsar Patel, Karna Sharma, KL Rahul inside Indian team shows how value of IPL is.

Talent will never be overlooked. It may be overlooked for some time but not forever provided the player has talent.

In that case I can give you many names like that who performed really well in IPL in past, but they never got good guidance or chance. And now they are no where.
Big guns should encourage new players. And give them proper guidance on time before they discouraged.

Exactly Mohan. New talents are being given chance. Ultimately the talent stays. Old glory will not be considered. IPL had the bitter experience of how some players were given chance only to see them as a big flop.
