I think there should be 2 team for India so they will easy to rotate one by one as per requirement. At a time one team will take rest.
second way is they prepare 22 best player and utilize them chance by chance.

I agree with suggestion of Santosh Kumar singh that there be two teams that may be rotated. This will reduce fatigue.
Many causes of India's poor performance have been narrated by contributors. But these are not related to IPL matches. I think IPL matches had not significant impact on world games.

Main thing is many players are injured and rest of the batsman didn't prepared to face bouncy balls. And if team requires 3 pace bowlers, Dhoni taken only two pace bowlers. This type of decision is also affected.
Yes. If we have many players as Santhosh Singh suggested, then it is good. BCCI should look into this type of decisions.

It will increase more expenses but result may be nice so more winning will increase income also. So more player get chance who are waiting to perform well.
IPL mixed up with different players so every team looks strong. Same way India need to maintain team.

This might be a good suggestion. But then we have to maintain three sets of players for the three forms of the game (20-20,ODIs and Test matches). Practically it will not be possible to have this many players. What they can do is, half of the players can be specialists in that form of the game and the remaining half will play all forms of game. But captaincy and coordination between players will be difficult in this case.

There are a lot of reasons given by the contributors and most of of those reason are true. Lack of rest, lack of fitness etc.
While many have argued that since these matches were only played for 20 overs, the issue of rest and fitness would not matter much, which also is true!
Then what went wrong? In my opinion, the major issue in the recent times has been severe lack of professionalism! This was very much evident in the team was seen partying right after they lost the series. There should have been some sense of remorse, but not one bit was seen. It was shown by the news channel, that Nehra was being asked by a fan what he was doing in the party right after they lost the game. To which Nehra's reply was "this is my passion". Shouldn't he have shown that same passion in the game he played?
Also, since IPL began and the teams have now been bought by filmstars and industrialists more focus is now put on the glamour quotient of the cricket rather than on teh quality of the game. A gentleman's game, cricket is now more about cheerleaders, auction amounts, Preity Zinta, Shilpa Shetty etc and less about the actual game that should be played on the ground.

Today I read an article in The HIndu Daily. According to it the reason for loss is not IPL , but the terrible mind draining schedules that forced the players to live out of suitcases and travel hard for the past two months.THe tight schedule gave hardly any time for the coach and the player going to West Indies to work on technical and fitness deficiencies.
I think this is absolutely correct
