I do not support your advise to impose restrictions and enforce reviews of the polls before approval by administrators. If any objectionable poll is found the editors / moderators may delete it.
Boddunan's core attraction is the freedom to work more and remain on the site longer.
In my view the current system is fine,
Let the members feel free and let us maintain cheerful atmosphere on the site,
let us work in a pleasant environment,
keep away the fear from the minds of members that someone is watching,
members are not kids,
We may take appropriate actions if there is someone doing wrong and creating troubles for others.
We all write our views on the forum of Boddunan.com; because we are finally going to take collective decision for the betterment of the site and a pleasant stay of all the fellow members.
I joined this community only two weaks ago.But in these two weaks itself, I saw a lot of changes done in the community that are encouraging to the members.
And this is one among them. You are a truely a hard working person to bring up this community.
