I have no idea about this but one thing I have observed that my son gets mosquito bite more often than his father and me, his blood group is 'O'. The bites even turn into small abscess which is really troublesome.

Scientific observations say O group people are more vulnerable to mosquito bites.

I get bitten very easily by mosquitoes , if there is one in the room it is sure to come and bite me...I guess it is a certain blood type that they go for !

Well said. Mosquitoes irrespective of the Blood groups bite every human. But the scientific evidences say differently.

I have heard that people secrete a chemical through their skin that attracts the mosquitoes, and it happens more in ‘O’ group people. But I don’t believe that mosquitoes have partiality.  Mosquitoes have no politics or religion. They know that the same blood is flowing in the veins of every human being.

Some times these scientific researchers  come up with revelations which are not always necessarily true will spread more panic  than the mosquitoes that spread Dengue.

Yes. The younger generation are against marriages within the family in urban areas. But in rural affluent families are still sticking to it. Of course this practice is going to die with time.

Now the CM of Telangana just returned back along with his entourage.  Now Telangana Assembly sessions are going to start. All the opposition parties are making themselves ready for opposing CM's China tour. It's going to be an interesting session. Most likely the sessions end up with walkouts and sloganeering.

Although some communities still follow this , they become helpless when youngsters choose their own partners from other communities ..similarly in time this practice will die out and one can see that it is already diminishing with the breakdown of the joint family system.

@Chinmoy I may be wrong but from what I have seen many very well read intelligent people become irrational when it comes to emotional issues like their loved ones and family, they simply go berserk . The peon was probably more rational in hos thinking because he had no emotions attached to the issue. I guess even the most intelligent and well read people have their Achilles heel !

Initially The Cm himself went to China,  spent several crores of Rupees for an aircraft to take him there and now the tour ... As  far as they are concerned tax payers money is their money to do what they want ..There will be precious little that will be learnt there because we have totally different mindsets and system of working ..They want to have some gala time in Shanghai and Hongkong !
