My blood group is O and I hardly ever get bitten by mosquitoes, I mean, just like normal people and not more. Whereas a few of my friends with B type swear that the tiny buggers bite them more than others! So which one is true?

Some times these scientific researchers  come up with revelations which are not always necessarily true will spread more panic  than the mosquitoes that spread Dengue.

I have heard that people secrete a chemical through their skin that attracts the mosquitoes, and it happens more in ‘O’ group people. But I don’t believe that mosquitoes have partiality.  Mosquitoes have no politics or religion. They know that the same blood is flowing in the veins of every human being.  

Well said. Mosquitoes irrespective of the Blood groups bite every human.

I get bitten very easily by mosquitoes , if there is one in the room it is sure to come and bite me...I guess it is a certain blood type that they go for !

Scientific observations say O group people are more vulnerable to mosquito bites.

I have no idea about this but one thing I have observed that my son gets mosquito bite more often than his father and me, his blood group is 'O'. The bites even turn into small abscess which is really troublesome.    

The condition of your son conforms to what researchers said in the thread that O group people are likely to get bitten by Mosquitoes.

Whatever it may be, better arrange Mosquito net around his bed. I mean, let him sleep in a separate bed just near by your Bed.

I think you're right, my wife suffers from Mosquito bites more than I do and she has the same blood group.
