We had a delicacy made with Tamarind leaf and pulses. But the tamarind leaf simply disappeared. Even if one wants to prepare the ingredients are not available.
Here in our city every leaf possible is regularly used.Tender tamarind leaves, drum stick leaves, Baby marrows ( tonde kai or tindora) leaves, and many other local ones , and Colacasia leaves are all very popular and available in markets all through the year..
