Emotional people who stay upset or sad with small things sometimes may burst out with anger. Getting angry is also some what a part of life. There would be very few people in the world who would say that they do not get angry. Anger may be very harmful some times. Anger can hurt feelings of other people, break relationships , cause health problems and other such things in life. There may be anything that can make an individual angry might be a certain person , certain event or memory of some one. A person may get angry any time due to any reason. Its may not be easy to control anger. For controlling anger one must have the awareness about it .One must be aware of the situation in which he gets angry.

1. Counting numbers - Counting numbers from 1to 10 or reversely from 10 to 1 may be one of the way to control anger. This way is very commonly used by many people and often you hear people speaking about it as a way to control anger. One should try this way when he is feeling upset or he is feeling very angry on some thing.
2. Try to talk with someone - I have often tried this way when i feel sad or angry i talk a lot with my friends.This helps me to remove sadness and angerness and i feel better. Try to find some one who is your friend or with some one you feel better. Some times chatting with a good friend online on internet may also remove the angerness .
3.Do some type of exercise- If you are feeling upset and may burst out with anger any time then try to do some exercise like breathing exercise, walking or going to gym. Doing exercise gives relaxation to both mind and body. One feels better after doing any kind of exercise. If you are going to gym then punching the punch bag may help you to remove the anger inside you. Try to take a deep breath when you feel upset then hold it for some seconds and breath out. This is some what a easy exercise to calm you
4. Writing down the things that make you angry - When one feels angry he can write down all his feelings on a piece of paper . This helps to bring out the angerness in the form of written words on the piece of paper. One can write down the things that make him feel angry and how can he avoid such things or remove them from life to feel less angry.
5. Meditation - Meditation is a good way to control anger. It has been seen that people who meditate on a regular basis are much more fit and have control over their mind.
6. Change the place you are in - Sometimes one may feel angry being alone at home or the environment may be such which may be not suitable at certain time. At such time visiting a friend or relatives house may be a way to solve the problem of angerness.
7. Use of humour to remove angerness - Humour means the things which make u laugh. One can remove the anger by watching some comedy shows on television or just by reading a comic book. This may be a good way to control anger .
Controlling anger may be a very hard thing to do for some one But if some ways like this are tried out one can easily control it.
