Ingrediants:
Bringjal - 1/4kg
yellow gram - 1/2cup
onion-1
curry leaves - 2 stems.
ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon
turmeric powder -1/4 tea spoon
chili powder - 1 tea spoon
salt - 1 tea spoon
garam masala powder - 1/4 tea spoom
oil - 3 table spoon
Preparation:
1. Take a bowl
2. Add some water and yellow gram
3. Then wash yellow gram thoroughly.
4. Then soak them for sometime.
5. now wash th brinjals finely and cut them.
6.Place those brinjal pieces in salt water.
7. Now chop onions slightly.
8. Place pan on the stove.
9. Add some oil in it.
10. Let the oil get heated for sometime.
11.Now fry the onion pieces in the pan.
12.After teh onion pieces get fried then add curry leaves, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, yellow gram.
13.Fry all these ingrediants for 2 minutes.
14.Now add brinjal pieces and salt then mix them finely.
15.Now close it with lid.
16.Then reduce the flame.
17. When brinjal pieces gets soften then add a cup of water and close it with a lid.
18.After brinjal and yellow gram cooked completely then sprinkle garam masala.
19.Therefore brinjal and yellow gram curry is ready.
